Purchase Policy

Sale transactions of live animals or fertile hatching eggs may only be completed by individuals 18 years or older. 

Payment must be made in advance, or 50% nonrefundable deposit for date specific holds.

We reserve the right to refuse sales if animal health or welfare is a concern, or legal requirements can not be met. 

>Import/Export of pigs outside MN require veterinary heath certificate

>Poultry/Eggs must have NPIP clearance or more depending on state

> Animals will not be sold or transported through areas with confirmed disease outbreaks

>Rabbits, and Pigs must be 8 weeks or older 

Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. Concerns must be documented with pictures/videos, and email day of arrival for refund or replacement. 

If a companion animal is no longer able to live in your care, you will contact Mother Goose Farms prior to surrendering the animal to a rescue or shelter. We will assist in rehousing the animal without judgement. We know life can be unpredictable and we only want the best for both you and animal. 

Registration and Pedigrees are provided for for approved breeding animals and for additional cost. Animals that have had successful breeding at Mother Goose Farms will be labeled as PROVEN. However, we can not guarantee an animal will successfully procreate.  

Hatching eggs are guaranteed to arrive intact, with no cracks, and will be insured for full cost. We do not guarantee hatch rates, as the incubation process is out of our control, and incubation is the main factor on fertile eggs hatching successfully.

Upon agreeing to purchase live animals, hatching eggs, or animal products, you are accepting these terms.
